Shipping Policy
- Order processing: Every order is carefully checked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- Discreet packaging: All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging.
- Shipping address: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Customs & duties: For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delays: During peak seasons or due to carrier or customs delays, delivery may occasionally take longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your OVQIA pieces. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

- Items with removed tags or hygiene liner
- Items with stains, odors, deodorant, makeup or pet hair

Why so strict? Shapewear is an intimate garment. For the health and hygiene of every customer, we can only accept items that are in brand-new condition. Try your piece on over your underwear, with the hygiene liner in place, to check the fit.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange it within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the return conditions above.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your new size or color is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
- Your replacement ships free as soon as we receive and inspect your original item.
- Not sure about your size? Our sizes run small — please check our size chart and choose by your weight before ordering. Between sizes? Size up.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at hello@ovqia.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
Receive your instructions — our team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
Ship your item within 7 days of approval, securely packed with tags and liner attached. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
Refund or exchange — once we receive and inspect your item, we'll send your exchange or issue your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Items that don't meet our return conditions will not be refunded and can be sent back to you at your cost.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
We're so sorry if that happens! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item unless we ask you to.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and can't be cancelled — but you can still return it under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
